Confidence building programme

A 6-session self-paced programme.

The goal of this programme is to increase confidence, practice assertive communication and increase resilience in the academic environment. It has been built as a group coaching activity, where a group of participants can learn and practice specific tools and techniques with very minor help from a facilitator.

The programme includes an in-depth workbook, tailored video content and facilitator’s slides and notes.
